About Us

Hey! I’m Elle Munster, I’ve been working in the PMU industry for eight years & as a makeup artist for 13 years. I’ve always known teaching was a passion of mine. I was thrown into the world of teaching a few years back when I took on the roll of Makeup Artistry Instructor at the local beauty school. I was given 2 weeks notice to put together my program. From that day I told myself that I would have a no-hold back approach to my teaching style and show the good, the bad and the ugly of what it takes to become a well known and established artist.

Nothing sugar coated here. I broke the traditional teaching style/approach and threw out the outdated textbooks and brought my experience in the field to my students. I hold so much passion and regard for the beauty industry, but most will glaze over the parts where it takes GUTS, DRIVE & DETERMINATION to see success.

I want to take this same passion & energy and bring it to my newly launching microblading course.

Being a Microblading artist you get to be your own boss, which is amazing, BUT it does take alot of confidence to get here and I want to teach you how to become the best artist you can be, market yourself to the right demographic and avoid all the ups & downs that I went on to get to where I am today as a successful PMU artist.

By looking at me, I’m sure you can guess I am a tattoo enthusiast, I am more then that. After working in a tattoo studio for many years doing Microblading, traveling & doing conventions and guest spots at other tattoo studios across the province. It taught me the etiquette & cleanliness/sterility that I dreamt of bringing into the cosmetic industry, while also learning the true meaning of the word, hustle.

Blending artistry with technical skills has become a true passion of mine. My goal is to always achieve the most natural results, “you, just defined”. The field of permanent makeup is constantly evolving, with new techniques everyday, so staying updated with the latest developments and continuing education ensures that you're offering the best possible service to your clients, and I want to help you set & achieve these goals. The biggest mistake I made when I took my first microblading course was that I didn’t do my research. I severely struggled the first two years, not feeling confident in my healed results and finding it difficult to find clients until I could finally afford another training to upgrade my skill set. I don’t want that to happen to you,

Now the big question here is, why do I even care?! Because the more poor-quality artists out there, the more it hurts the industry’s reputation. This leads to more botched brows and fewer clients for us all.

Quality over Quantity is my moto.

So whos ready, message me to get started!
